Workplace Mediation

Conflict is common in all of our relationships. Where conflict goes unresolved, the costs to our well-being, time, and finances is high. Mediation provides a process by which conflicts can be resolved, allowing the individuals involved to be heard and to work together to find a resolution.

Organizational Conflict

Organizations change over time. As they grow, they experience growing pains. As they wind down, they experience grief and loss. As a mediator and facilitator, I have worked with organizations approaching questions of change. Working with the organization, we develop a process for addressing the question, prepare the people within the organization to address the question, execute the process, and then following through with the resolutions and agreements that are reached.
